Too many short journeys, not only blocking the DPF, you are diluting the engine oil with fuel as well, you need at least one long trip over 45mins each week as a minimum to get the DPF hot enough to regenerate. If you can’t arrange that change the car for a petrol model or you will get I was fighting with constant backfire on down shifts, p2188, p2190 system rich codes, gas cap warnings and no start after fill. I cleared the codes and replaced the vapor canister purge solenoid and so far 4 days with no issues. Thanks Rob M for the suggestion. I was thinking fuel injectors or fuel pressure issue. It's consistent across every mode of music and is fixed only after turning off the car (and waiting at least 5 minutes before restarting). The issue is occurring more frequently. 1. Did not do it initially. 2. If rotors get coating of rust from lack of use, all other areas of rotor clean within a mile or two. 3. No other F-Pace at dealership has this issue. Clean and worn to outer edge. 4. Clearly this is a fault as no pad pressure to outside edge now. Clicking sound when turning at slow speeds and center console issue. I have a couple of issues with my F-Pace S and searched the forum already and did not find anything on this. When I am driving slowly in a parking garage or turning into my driveway slowly, I hear a click coming from the wheel well.
